Brenda Powell Becomes New Paul Harris Fellow

Steve Wieneke surprised Brenda Powell at the Evening Rotary meeting on September 10th by making her a Paul Harris Fellow.  Steve had donated recognition points in her name to make this possible.  Congratulations Brenda!
