Board Approves Donations

in During their meeting October 13th, the Board approved donations to:

Dollars for Scholars: The club has contributed to Dollars for Scholars for at least the past 10 years including $1,000 last year for a $500 scholarship to a student in each high school. This year the club will be donating a total of $2,000 to fund two $500 scholarship at both Ankeny High School and Centennial High School next spring.

Ankeny Community Chorus: $500 to aid with the purchase of copyright sheet music for three concerts in 2017.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society: The club will be sponsoring Stacey Koeppen in a half marathon in support of this organization.
