The club's fundraising co-chairs, Laura Luetje and Stacey Koeppen were busy during Ankeny Summerfest. To celebrate the success of the 2019 fundraiser, "Raise the Steaks for Ankeny" and promote the 2020 fundraiser, sponsors were obtained to give away a special edition cherry red Weber Grill and three packages of steaks. All you had to do to enter the contest was to "LIKE" the Rotary Club of Ankeny's Facebook page and comment "Raising the Steaks for Community Casino Night" and you were entered into a random drawing. Thank you to Ankeny Hardware and Ankeny Farewary stores for donating the prizes. Laura and Stacey also made an appearance in the Summerfest Parade.
