The Evening Group plus guests volunteered at Meals From the Heartland on December 9, 2021. On December 9, 2021, twenty-one members and guests packaged meals for "Meals From the Heartland", and Jeff Magner presented a check from the Club in the amount of $500 to help pay for the cost of materials and shipping. Your donation of $500, along with the help of countless volunteers will allow us to continue to package meals for hungry children here in Iowa, throughout the United States and around the world. ......... To better understand how your gift blesses so many, here are some numbers. 2020 Impact Summary: 15,112,656 meals distributed internationally, 2,280,960 meals distributed in US, 1,674,864 meals distributed in Iowa, 60,912 meals pending distribution, 19,007,568 total meals.
