Strategic Planning - March 4th

Dave Cook, from the Rotary Club of Boone, will be conducting a "Visioning For Clubs" strategic planning session for the Rotary Club of Ankeny at the Ankeny Golf & Country Club on Saturday March 4th from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.  The objective of visioning is to help clubs develop a vision and framework to sustain and increase membership, implement successful service projects, develop leaders and build support for The Rotary Foundation. 

 

There is no charge, lunch is included, and all members are welcome and encouraged to attend.    Plan to attend and help plan the future of  "Your Rotary Club".  Topics to be discussed include: Annual Budgeting, Charities We Should Be Donating To, Donations to International Projects, Leadership Succession, Membership Goals, Our Next Big Project and more.  Sign up at a Rotary meeting.
