On June 8th Ruby Palmer Rankin was born. Her parents are Sam and Haley Rankin. She weighted in at 9 lbs. 7 oz. The Club presented Sam with a candy bouquet and a pink onesie with the wording "Future Rotarian" on it. Congratulations Haley and Sam!
