Approximately 53 members and guests attended the fourth annual fall picnic on August 1st at Sunrise Park in Ankeny. Guests included members of the Ankeny Optimists and Kiwanis Clubs and the host families for our club's three exchange students for the 2017-2018 school year. Thank you to the members of the picnic committee and a special thank you to Ryan Bach for setting up, Tim Cox for the music and sound system, Jacquelyn Duke for arranging for the purchase of the salmon, Kristofer Orth for assisting with the grilling, and to Steve Wieneke for purchasing the meat and supplies and being in charge of the grill.
