Rotary Foundation Day Celebration

More than 300 Rotarians are anticipated to come together on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 in proclamation and celebration of 100 years of Rotary Foundation contributions to improving the human condition in our local communities and around the world.  The celebration will kick off with multiple metro area Mayor Proclamations of April 11th as "Rotary Foundation Day" followed by a fun-filled evening with food, fellowship and live music.

 

The event will be held at the Kum & Go Theater (Des Moines Social Club), 901 Cherry Street, Des Moines.  The noon and evening meetings for the Rotary Club of Ankeny will be cancelled on April 11th and all members are encouraged to attend the celebration.  The club will pay the $15 registration fee for each member that attends.  Contact Sally Schroeder or sign up at a Rotary meeting if you plan to attend.
