The Rotary Club of Ankeny's annual fundraiser that was originally scheduled for April 18, 2020 and then postponed to October 3, 2020 has now been cancelled for this year. It was decided there is still too much uncertainty with the COVID-19 pandemic to continue planning for the event this year. We now plan to hold the club's next fundraiser on April 17, 2021 at the FFA Enrichment Center and it will be another casino night similar to 2019. All vendors and sponsors have been contacted and most are willing to work with us on the 2021 fundraiser. Also, most auction items will be held over until next year.
Plans are underway for a possible smaller, social event this fall that may allow the club to make a few dollars and sell a few of the auction items. Stay tuned for more details.
