The Rotary Club of Ankeny has submitted a "Community Service Grant" to District 6000 to benefit new Horizons Adult Day Center. The total grant request will be in the amount of $8,600. It is proposed the club will contribute $4,300 which will then be matched by funds form District 6000. The funds will be used to purchase equipment needed by New Horizons for their operation due to their relocation of their operations.
