Menu for Mardi Gras Announced

The Ankeny Prairie Trail Hy-Vee has been chosen to cater the 2017 fundraiser, Mardi Gras, for the Rotary Club of Ankeny.  The menu will include: 
Appetizers: Shrimp, Crab Cakes & Stuffed Mushrooms,
Entrees: Slow Smoked Beef Brisket, Blackened Chicken Breast & Stuffed Eggplant Ratatouille,
Sides:  Creole Seasoned Roasted Potatoes, Seasoned Greenbeans with Toasted Pecans, & Bourbon Glazed Baby Carrots
Plus: Assorted Breads & Dinner Rolls.
Hy-Vee will also be donating nine different desserts to be auctioned and a separate auction item of a dinner for six with a Hy-Vee Chef, including appetizer, main course, and dessert.
