The preliminary results are in and the 7th annual Rotary Club of Ankeny's fundraiser, "Mardi Gras" was another great success.   The total income from the auction, silent, live, and desserts, raffle, and paddle raisers was $41,875 which was $3,890 more than last year.   A big plus was the three paddle raisers brought  in $9,860 which was more than twice last year.  Expenses are higher primarily due to the cost of the two items acquired from Winspire and income from ticket sales will be very similar to last year.   Net income will be approximately $33,161, slightly less than the $35, 270 we made last year.  Here are the details:
