Kathy Sibbel - Ankeny Citizen of the Year

During the Ankeny Area Chamber of Commerce's annual dinner on February 1, 2018, Kathy Sibbel was named the "2017 Outstanding Citizen of the Year"!!  She was given this award by JoAnn Kochheiser the 2016 Outstanding Citizen.   Congratulations Kathy!!
