Approximately 20 Ankeny Rotarians and guests attend the tailgate prior to the ISU vs. Texas football game on November 6th. It was a great day for a football game and to get together with other fans to tailgate. Todd Eipperle brought his Iowa State Chili and now famous Apple Pie Whiskey Punch. ISU cheerleaders came by and the ISU band even stopped by to play happy birthday for Nate Burnham. The perfect ending to the day was an Iowa State victory in perhaps Texas's last appearance at Jack Trice Stadium, 30-7.
