Forty-one golfers participated in the golf outing held prior to the Rotary Club of Ankeny's annual meeting on June 29th. Tim Cox presented several awards for some outstanding shots and for some not so outstanding. The winners of the awards were:

Men's Longest Drive (Left handed) on #2 - Terry Peter (It helped that he is left handed.)

Farthest From hole #6 - Trent Murphy
Men's Shortest Drive on #7 - Trent Murphy
Women's Shortest Drive on #7 - Jacquelyn Duke
Closest to the Rotary sign on #8 - Trent Murphy
Water Hole #9 - Anne Porter & Tammy Botos
