"Living the Five Way Test" is the theme for the 2021 District 6000 Conference to be held Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Ankeny Courtyard by Marriott.
The evening starts with a social time with cash bar and the opportunity to view tables of Rotary projects, followed by a meal of your choice and the chance to put in a silent bid for some wonderful dessert! There will be fellowship, Rotary stories, awards, an auction of a quilt and more. This event is a wonderful opportunity to meet Rotarians from other clubs and HAVE SOME FUN! This is a chance to participate in a district event that is a short time commitment, cost friendly, and located in Ankeny.
There will be limited in-person attendance and also a hybrid version.
In person attendance: Social time, meal (4 choices) and the program. The early bird price is $39.95, after March 15 it's $49.95. This option is limited to the first 140 registrations received, with the Marriott planning for attendees to physical distance with 6 people per table in a room with a capacity of 420. For everyone's protection, attendees are to wear masks when not eating and drinking.

For Ankeny Rotarians that would like to attend, your Board has approved paying the registration fee for all members and spouses that attend. You can register in one of three ways:
1. Go to the District 6000 website at https://rotary6000.org/event/conference---stories-and-fellowship---boone/ and register online using a credit card. There is a processing fee of approximately $4 for paying with a credit card. Then forward a copy of your registration form to me and reimbursement will be in the form of a credit on your April Rotary invoice.
2. Print and complete the attached registration form and mail it as shown on the form with a check or credit card information. Then forward a copy of your registration form to me and reimbursement will be in the form of a credit on your April Rotary invoice.
3. Print and complete the attached registration form and forward it to me and I will register you using the club's credit card.
