Steve SchraderBachar presented Dave Mercer with a Paul Harris pin with one sapphire stone representing that he has become a Paul Harris Fellow plus one. An individual becomes a Paul Harris Fellow when his contributions to the Rotary Foundation total $1,000 or more. With each additional contribution of $1,000 the individual is recognized as a plus one, two, etc. depending on the level reached. Congratulations Dave!
