Club to Sell Root Beer Floats for Special Olympics

The Club will again be partnering with HyVee to make and sell root beer floats this year.  The ice cream and root beer is being donated so 100% of the proceeds can go to Special Olympics.  Last year, the club's sales totaled $1,057.  The event will be on Saturday May 13th from 10:45 AM to 4:00 PM at both HyVee stores in Ankeny.   Sign up sheets to volunteer to work a shift will be available at meetings for the next few weeks.   Contact Tom Friedman for more information.
