A fundraising event to support the Mid-Iowa Council, Boy Scouts of America will be held at the Ankeny Golf & Country Club on Wednesday, June 8th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The cost is $75 per person with 100% of the proceeds being used for local scholarships and programs for local Scouting Youth. There will be plenty of bourbons, whiskeys, and moonshines to sample, heavy hors d’oeuvres, a prize for the best bowtie, and various auction items including a wheel barrel of whiskey.
