During its meeting on August 9th, the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Ankeny approved two donation requests. They were:
Project Fresh Start - $2,500 - These funds will be used by Project Fresh Start in Ankeny to purchase snow pants and warm coats for children in need in Ankeny. The club has made a similar donation in each of the past 4 years.
Terrace Elementary Library - $350 - The Evening Club has been donating a book in the name of their speakers to the Terrace Elementary Library for the past three years. This donation will allow them to continue this practice for at least the next year.
