Volunteers for District Conference

Assistant District Governor, Tom Downs, has the responsibility at this year's Rotary District Conference for Sgt of Arms duties (basically helping participants in knowing where to go during the conference sessions) and is in need of securing some Rotarians to volunteer to assist him.

 

The volunteers would help with the morning and/or afternoon sessions on Friday and Saturday of the event, April 1st & 2nd, at Des Moines Airport Holiday Inn for approximately a 4 hour time period.  It isn't necessary for volunteers to register for the conference.  If you can help contact Tom at tdownsep@gmail.com or 515-238-2685.
