Rotary Membership Social a Success

Nineteen Ankeny Rotarian attended the membership social at the Ankeny Golf & Country Club on November 17th.  They entertained 19 guests many of whom are prospective new Rotarians.  Damon, Kristofer, Gary and Nate made short talks that according to Ben created a buzz in the air or maybe that was the wine talking.  Thank you to Ben Digmann and Stacy Koeppen for organizing this social and to the the Ankeny Golf & Country Club for the excellent job they did in setting up the room, selecting the beer and wine to taste and preparing the appetizers.  We are confident we will be seeing several new member applications in the next couple weeks.

 

If you invited a guest to the social, be sure to follow up with them to thank them for attending and to invite them to an upcoming meeting.  And if you invited someone that was not able to attend the social, contact them againa nad invite them to be your guest at a meeting.
