Rotary Club of Ankeny By-Laws to Be Amended

The By-Laws for the Rotary Club of Ankeny have not been amended since the club was chartered in 1973.  At the meeting on February 13th, revised By-Laws were approved subject to approval by the entire membership.  Any amendment requires a two-thirds vote of the membership, at a regular club meeting, where a quorum of members is present.  It is also required that written notice be given to each member 10 days prior to the regular club meeting when the vote to change the By-laws will take place.  Each member may expect to receive this letter in the next few days.
