The Iowa Wolves have again agreed to join with the Des Moines metro Rotary clubs in a fund raiser to assist our Polio Plus campaign. The details include:
When: Friday, February 23, 2024, 7:00 PM
Where: Wells Fargo Arena
Who: Iowa Wolves vs. Rio Grande Vipers
Cost: $20.00 per ticket
Why: The Iowa Wolves will give back $10 per ticket to clubs for Polio Plus
The ticket cost will be added to the members April invoice. The club will forward $10 to the Iowa Wolves and the other $10 to RI in the member’s name for Polio Plus. All contributions to the Polio Plus campaign are matched by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, two to one which means your $10 donation becomes $30. If you would like to purchase tickets, please sign up at a meeting or let Nate, nfburnham@gmail.com know how many tickets you would like. If you cannot attend consider purchasing tickets to be given to a friend, employee or to be given to a local charity. The deadline to purchase tickets is February 13th.
