Polio National Immunization Day Past Participants Needed

Have you participated in a "National Immunization Day" somewhere in the world?   We are approaching the time when polio will be gone from the planet and the PolioPus Subcommittee of District 6000 is planning to recognize all District 6000 Rotarians who have participate in a NID.  Let Nate Burnham know if you have participated and what year and he will send your name into the District.
