New By-Laws for Rotary Club of Ankeny

In late February, each member of the Rotary Club of Ankeny received an email with a draft of new by-laws for the club attached.  These by-laws have not been revised since the club was chartered in 1973.  Comments regarding the new by-laws will be reviewed at the next board meeting on April 10th and a final version will be drafted.   The new by-laws must be approved by a two-thirds vote by the membership at a regular meeting with a quorum present and notification of this meeting must be given at least 10 days prior to the meeting.  

If you have comments, questions, or suggestions for further revisions, be sure to forward them to a board member prior to the April 10th meeting.
