Donation Requests Approved By Board

At the December Board meeting two donations requests were approved.  One was for a donation in the amount of $500 to help with the cost of prizes, food, games and inflatables for the Ankeny Dance Marathon.  Both Ankeny high schools and middle schools will be participating with a goal of raising $30,000 for the Children’s Miracle league.

 

The second request was from Ankeny Dollars for Scholars was also presented.   The Club has made a donation to this program each year for at least the past 10 years.  It was agreed the club would donate $500 for each high school for a total of $1,000 which is the same as we have done in each of the past two years.
