Dirk Westercamp Becomes Paul Harris Fellow

On March 25th, Steve SchraderBachar presented Dirk Westercamp with a Paul Harris Fellowship.   Dirk was the high bidder at the 2014 Rotary Fun-Raiser for the 1,000 Paul Harris recognition points that Steve had donated to the auction.
