Bob Hoksch Retires

The Board reluctantly accepted the resignation of Bob Hoksch at its meeting on January 9th. The following message had been received from him:

For over 14 years, it has been an honor and privilege to be a member of the Ankeny Chapter of Rotary International. Throughout that time, I have benefitted greatly from the fellowship and programs shared at our weekly meetings. I treasure the relationships that have been formed. Furthermore, I am proud to have been associated with an organization that has accomplished great things both locally and internationally in pursuit of "service above self". As I begin my retirement from Ankeny Hardware seeking an inactive lifestyle, I humbly request that my membership status in Rotary become "inactive" as well. Wishing you all the best in 2014 and THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME!!!
