Board Approves Donations

During the May14th meeting, the Board of the Rotary Club of Ankeny approved two donation requests.  The requests approved were:

Courage League Sports  $500 - Many Ankeny students are expected to participate in Courage League Sports "League Play.  These funds will be used to purchase t-shirts, awards, adaptive equipment and marketing.

Outreach Inc. $250 -  Ankeny Rotarians will be participating in a "Hunger Free" day on July 15th to package meals for local food banks including the Ankeny Pantry.  These funds will help cover the cost of the supplies.
