Our 2015 fundraiser, “Hollywood Night” is now just a little over 4 weeks away.   More auction items are still needed.  The committee will be putting the auction together during the week of February 23rd and the brochure needs to go to the printer by February 27th.    Auction items need to be turned in by Friday February 20th, or at least an email describing the item by this date so it can be included in the brochure.  Items can be brought to a Rotary meeting or delivered to Carmen Davis at Northwest Bank on Delaware.

Also, all 300 tickets have been distributed but we suspect some have not as yet been sold.    Let Shar Dunlap know if you need more tickets.  We can print more.  If you are 100% sure you have tickets that will not be sold, turn them back into Shar Dunlap.  If tickets are not turned back in, we will assume they are sold, you will be billed for them, and we will order food based on the tickets outstanding.
