Auction Items Needed for Hollywood Night Fundraiser

Tickets for the Rotary Club of Ankeny’s 2015 fundraiser have been distributed to the members of the club. If you have not received yours yet, please contact Shar Dunlap. Also, it is time to start gathering auction items to be sold at the fundraiser. The sale of these items will determine how successful the fundraiser will be and how many funds the club will have for next year’s programs and donations. Items may be brought to any Rotary meeting or delivered to Carmen Davis at Northwest Bank on Delaware.

To assist you in requesting auction items and selling tickets, a flyer and letter to prospective donors will be available at the Rotary meetings on January 6th. Please feel free to take a copy and use it as you contact businesses to request auction items or sell tickets. These items will also be forwarded by email to all members so you can modify them, if you wish, and make additional copies.
