AMP Update

Pledges for the Ankeny Market & Pavilion now total $601,000. Approval has also been received for a Metropolitan Planning Organization grant of $150,000 and the City of Ankeny plans to match this grant with a donation of $175,000. This brings the total committed for the project to $926,000. Based on this anticipated flow of funds, ground breaking is being planned for next spring.
