AMP Receives $280,000 Grant from Vision Iowa

Terry Peter reported at the May Board meeting the Ankeny Market Pavilion project has been approved for a Community Attraction & Tourism grant from Vision Iowa in the amount of $280,000.  This will allow construction to begin this month.  Cash flows are currently being reviewed but the goal is to complete construction of at least one of the pavilions by this fall.
