2015 Rotary Annual Meeting & Golf Outing

The annual meeting and golf outing for the Rotary Club of Ankeny will be held at the Ankeny Golf & Country Club on Thursday, June 25, 2015.  Plan to attend and see President Julie pass the leadership of the club to Damon as well as the announcement of the Ankeny "Rotarian of the Year", "New Member of the Year", and "Perfect Attendance" awards,  for the 2014-2015 year and several members will be receiving Paul Harris Fellow recognition.  The meetings for both the noon and evening clubs on Tuesday, June 23rd, is canceled.

Every member should have received an email asking them to "Accept or Decline" an invitation to this event. The golf is designed to be a fun-oriented event with no skill required.  Here are the details: 

Check In for golf:  5:00-5:30 pm 
Shotgun Start:  5:30 pm 
Format:  Four-person best shot, designate your foursome or sign up individually and you will be assigned to a team.
Cost:  $20 per person for golf. 
Dinner:  After golf, approximately 8:00 pm. Dinner is free to members and one guest.  Additional guests are $10 each. 
Sponsors:  Sponsorships are available at $50. Donations for prizes are welcome.

When registering, please indicate the name of your guest(s), if any, and if you and/or your guest will golf.  Also, indicate if you are willing to sponsor a hole or provide some prizes.
