The following message has been received on July 27th from Pat Timmons:
"To My Rotary Family,
Thank you so much for the beautiful plant. Words cannot express how important your support, caring and friendship has been through this journey of mine. We have many "families" but Rotary has always had and will always have a special place in my heart. On an update, surgery went very well and I was home the next day but the best news was that the lymph nodes came back cancer free. Can't ask for anything better than that. Saw the Doctor yesterday and the nurse said go home and do nothing for the next 7 days. Guess, I've overdone it a bit, surprise, surprise. So it's eating and napping for me and walks only from the couch to the kitchen.
So looking forward to being back full time!!"
