It is now only 18 days until our 2018 fundraiser "Rotary Olympics". Here are a couple reminders:
The auction brochure needs to go to the printer by Friday, February 16th, and it cannot be assembled and completed overnight. That means for the committee to package and put the auction in order, it would be preferable to have all auction items in hand by Friday, February 9th. We may be able to add a few items early the following week, but they may not make it into the brochure.
We will be needing to give a head count to our caterer the week before the event. Please register yourself and your guests as soon as you can. We plan to ask members at this week's meeting how many guests they epect to bring to the fundraiser. Hopefully this will give us an indication of the approximate number planning to attend. Remember, each active member is responsible for purchasing or selling at least two tickets. If they do not purchase or sell two tickets, they will be invoiced for two tickets. So, everyone should plan to attend or find someone to use their tickets.
To purchase tickets go to https://bidpartner.net/rotary/ and click on "Ticket Purchasing" in the banner at the top. Enter the quantity of tickets, Individual and/or tables of 8 and click on "Add to Cart" and then "View Cart". Enter your Name, Address, and Contact information and the Name and email address for your guests. If you have any questions or need to fill in the name of a guest after registering you may contact Leigh Murry at BidPartner, murray@bid-partner.com or 612-716-1091 and she will assist you. If you used your credit card to purchase your tickets, you will not need to complete the “Credit Card Registration”. Your guests will need to complete the “Credit Card Registration”, preferably prior to the night of the event.
