Register for Annual Meeting & Golf Outing
Each member is receiving this email asking them to "Register on Line" for this event. The golf is designed to be a fun-oriented event with no skill required. Here are the details:
Check In for golf: 5:00-5:30 pm
Shotgun Start: 5:30 pm
Format: Four-person best shot, designate your foursome or sign up individually and you will be assigned to a team.
Cost: $20 per person for golf.
Dinner: After golf, at approximately 7:45 pm. Dinner is free to members and one guest. Additional guests are $15 each.
Sponsors: Sponsorships are available at $50. Donations for prizes are welcome.
All charges for golf, dinner and sponsorships, if any, will be included in your July quarterly Rotary invoice. When registering, please indicate the name of your guest(s), if any, and if you and/or your guest will golf. Also, indicate if you are willing to sponsor a hole or provide some prizes.
