President Elect Carmen Davis Presents Banner

President Elect, Carmen Davis attended PETS, President Elect Training, in Rochester, Minnesota on March 6-8.  While there, she received a banner with 2016-2017 Rotary International President, John F. Germ's theme, "Rotary Serving Humanity", on it.   During the noon Rotary meeting on March 22nd, Carmen presented the banner to President Damon Miller.
