Did you know as a member of the Rotary Club of Ankeny you can send an email to all other members through our ClubRunner website?   Here is how you do it:
 
  • Go to our web site at www.ankenyrotary.org
  • "Log on" using your log in "Name" and "Password"
  • Click on "Member Area" in upper right corner of "Home Page"
  • Click on "Email Message Centre" under "My ClubRunner"
  • Click on "Compose New Message"
  • Step 1 - Check "Active & Honorary Members" - Note, you can click on the "+" sign and "Expand List" to view the entire list of members and select the ones you wish to send the email to if you do not wish to send it to all members.
  • Step 2 - Enter a "Subject"
  • Then type your message.
  • Upload attachments if any
  • Click on "Send"
There are some other options such as scheduling when the email is to be sent and creating your own custom email list but sending an email is pretty easy.  Let Nate Burnham know if you have any questions.
