Colleen Welch, assisted by Shar Dunlap, had the privilege of presenting a basket full of gift from Ankeny to DG Ruby and Jo Anne during the noon meeting of the Rotary Club of Ankeny. Since he likes to eat popcorn with chopsticks, the basket included chopsticks and both caramel corn and regular popcorn.
