Gary Welch Talks RYLA at Disterict Conference

During the District 6000 conference on April 1-2, Ankeny Rotarian, Gary Welch participated on a YOUTH Programs Panel to talk about the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards.   Later in the day, Gary received a "Club Builder Award" from District Governor Loring Miller for all the work he has done for RYLA.
