Gary Welch Nominated for Guardian of Integrity Award

President Carmen Davis announced at the January 10th noon meeting that Gary Welch has been selected as the club's nominee for the District 6000 Paul E. Hellwege Guardian of Integrity Award which will be presented at the 2017 District Conference on May 4th in Coralville.  

 

This award is named for Past District Governor and Boone Rotarian Paul E. Hellwege and recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions that foster the development of integrity.   It honors individuals who have made contributions in business, media, academia or government and who have by their actions, writings, policies, and public pronouncements strengthened and fostered development of integrity and ethical practices and who have made sacrifices and/or undertaken risks to uphold Rotary's Core Value of Integrity.  Congratulations Gary!!
