District Governor Mike Ruby and Jo Anne attended Rotary's meeting on March 20th to accept a check from the club in the amount of $3,950 for the World Bike Relief. These funds represented the proceed from one of the paddle raisers during the 2018 fundraiser, "Rotary Olympics" and will purchase about 26.5 bikes for families in rural Africa. In these areas where walking is the only mode of transportation, one of these bikes offers a real and immediate benefit of reliable access to essential goods and services.
