"Biker Night" Menu Announced

The meal for our fundraiser, "Biker Night" will be served again this year by the Ankeny Prairie Trail HyVee. The menu will be as follows:

Appetizers at Tent Stations - Sausages rolled in mini pancakes, watermelon slices and fruit kabobs, fruit pie, and build your own salad

Buffet - Giant smoked turkey legs, pork chop on a stick, mini corn on the cob, coleslaw, baked beans, and corn bread

Beverages - Water, assorted sodas, lemonade, coffee, wine and beer

HyVee will also be providing assorted desserts to be auctioned and dinner for six in your home prepared by their gourmet chef also to be auctioned. The wine and beer will also be provided by HyVee.
